Two felony drug charges and one misdemeanor assault charge against Marion “Suge” Knight were dismissed by a Las Vegas judge. Prosecutors accused Knight, 43, of assaulting a female acquaintance named Melissa Isaac, on August 27, during a heated argument. Knight was accused of striking Isaac, who was allegedly found by LVPD officers naked on the side of the road, as Knight stood over her with a knife. The former founder and chief executive of Death Row Records, Marion "Suge" Knight, had his 8,272-square-foot house sold for $4.56 million, according to Eric Israel, the attorney representing the Chapter 11 trustee for Knight. The label and Knight filed for bankruptcy protection in April 2006. The Malibu property and mansion, which features 7 bedrooms, 9 1/2 bathrooms, a tennis court and ocean views on 8.76 acres, was built in 2001 and put up for sale by Knight last year for $6.2 million.
